Live outside of Geelong? No worries!! a flat CHEAP rate of $5 for shipping!

If you do not have a letterbox to leave your delivery, please alert us of instructions of where to leave your package at checkout, as all items once delivered are no longer at the expense of Fortetude.

(3-6 business days through Australia Post + tracking for orders outside of Geelong.

** Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and will vary based on location and during busy sale periods. We are not responsible for delays incurred by your credit card verification process, incorrectly provided addresses, external factors impacting our shipping couriers or any other circumstances beyond our control.
At Fortetude we want you to absolutely love your products as much as we do!!
However, we do understand buying online can be hard with sizes and perfect fits.
Below you'll find our terms and conditions on returns and how to go about it


- For all return enquiries please email with your name, invoice number and garment of concern.
- We do not issue refunds unless the product is faulty. 
- Returns must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.
- Items may only be returned when you have a valid Returns Authority Number (RA#).
- Items must be received in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject your return if it has an odour of perfume/deodorant or makeup/tanning marks.
- If your return is not received in its original condition, a credit note will not be issued and your item will be returned to you.

- Sale items and items purchased during promotional sale periods are not eligible for return - Please note, we are unable to credit original shipping costs unless an item is deemed faulty by our returns department.


-Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue

- Credit notes will be issued via email once the item has been returned and invoiced. 


Please email us at if you believe you garment is faulty. Please include your order information and a photo displaying the fault and we will help you from here.
Every endeavour is made to ensure returns ae processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your return.
